About this battery
A direct replacement for the YTZ7S, with the same voltage, polarity and case dimensions. It comes from the factory with the electrolyte inside and charged, so there’s no acid pack and no waiting: check the voltage and fit it.
It shares the same case and polarity as the YTZ7S, but has less capacity and lower starting power (5 Ah and 65 A). It’s suitable for a small motorcycle whose original battery has those ratings or lower. To replace an original YTZ7S, choose the equivalent OUTDO HCZ7D-MF.
Use a smart motorcycle battery charger to charge it: the recommended current is around 0.5 A (capacity divided by 10), and never more than 3 A.
