This is a direct replacement for the YTX9-BS: the same voltage, polarity and case size. It leaves the factory with the electrolyte inside and charged, so there is no acid pack to fit and no waiting: check the voltage and fit it.
It delivers 9 Ah at the 10-hour rate, more than the 8 Ah of the original battery code, giving you more margin when starting and while the motorcycle is parked.
Use a smart motorcycle battery charger: the recommended charge current is around 0.9 A (capacity divided by 10), and must never exceed 3 A.
