Shipping

Warehouse and coverage

All orders are dispatched from our warehouse in Aldea, Tarragona (Spain) to Cyprus. Own stock with more than 4,300 references available for immediate dispatch.

Delivery times are estimates from dispatch and may vary due to carrier or customs circumstances.

Shipping costs

Shipping from 4.99€: for orders to Cyprus.
No free shipping threshold applies.

Tracking

You will receive an email with the tracking number once your order has been dispatched. You can check the status from your account under “Order history”.

Preparation times

Orders received before 14:00 (working days) are prepared the same day. Those received after that time or at weekends/public holidays are prepared on the next working day.

Returns

Return period: 30 days

At Satkit, we extend the legal 14-day period to 30 calendar days from receipt of the order so that you can return any product.

Conditions

The product must be unused, in its original packaging and in perfect condition.
It must include all accessories, manuals and original packaging.
Returns are not accepted for used consumables (soldering tips, flux, thermal paste), hygiene-sealed products once opened, or activated software.

How to return

Send an email to info@satkit.com with your order number and reason for return.
We will provide shipping instructions and, where applicable, a return label.
Once the product has been received and checked, we will issue the refund within a maximum of 14 days using the same original payment method.

Return costs

Faulty product or our error: return costs borne by Satkit.
Right of withdrawal (change of mind): return costs borne by the customer.
For returns from Cyprus, return shipping costs to Spain are at the customer expense, except for defective products.

Faulty products

If you receive a faulty or damaged product, contact us immediately. We offer repair, replacement or a full refund, including return costs.
