2. Scope of application

These terms govern purchases made through Satkit online stores (satkit.com, satkit.es, satkit.de, satkit.fr, satkit.it, satkit.pt, satkit.nl and other national domains within the European Union). By placing an order, you accept these terms.

3. Products and prices

  • Prices are shown in euros (€) and include the applicable VAT in the destination country (EU OSS system).
  • Prices may change without prior notice. The applicable price is the one in force at the time the order is confirmed.
  • We make every effort to display accurate product information. In the event of an obvious material pricing error, we reserve the right to cancel the order and inform the customer.
  • Images are for guidance only and may differ slightly from the actual product.

4. Purchase process

  1. Add the products to your basket.
  2. Enter your shipping and billing details.
  3. Select the shipping and payment method.
  4. Review and confirm the order. You will receive a confirmation email.

The sales contract is concluded when you receive the order confirmation by email.

5. Payment methods

We accept the following payment methods for Cyprus:

  • Credit/debit card: Visa, Mastercard.
  • PayPal.
  • Bank transfer: the order is processed upon receipt of payment.

All payments are processed securely with SSL encryption and PCI-DSS certification. Satkit does not store card details at any time.

6. Shipping

  • Standard shipping: 5-10 business days for Cyprus.
  • Shipping from 4.99€: shipping to Cyprus starts from 4.99€.
  • There is no free shipping threshold for Cyprus.
  • Delivery times are estimates and start from the dispatch of the parcel.
  • Shipments from our warehouse in Spain to Cyprus.

7. Right of withdrawal

In accordance with European legislation (Directive 2011/83/EU) and Spanish legislation (LGDCU), you have 14 calendar days from receipt of the product to withdraw from the purchase without giving any reason.

To exercise this right:

  1. Notify us by email at info@satkit.com stating your order number.
  2. Return the product in its original packaging, unused and in perfect condition.
  3. We will refund the full amount (including the original standard shipping costs) within a maximum of 14 days from receipt of the returned product.

Return shipping costs to Spain are borne by the customer, unless the product is defective or incorrect.

Exceptions to withdrawal: unsealed products that cannot be returned for hygiene or protection reasons (soldering consumables, tips, flux), customised products and unsealed software.

8. Legal warranty

All products sold to consumers in the European Union benefit from a 3-year legal warranty for lack of conformity, in accordance with Directive (EU) 2019/771.

  • During the first 2 years, the defect is presumed to have existed at the time of delivery (reverse burden of proof).
  • You may request repair, replacement, price reduction or termination of the contract.
  • To make a warranty claim, contact us at info@satkit.com with your order number and a description of the defect.

9. Extended returns — 30 days Satkit

In addition to the statutory 14-day right, at Satkit we extend the returns period to 30 calendar days from receipt. The conditions are the same as those of the right of withdrawal.

10. Intellectual property

All website content (design, text, images, logos, source code) is the property of Satkit Electrónica S.L. or their respective owners. Reproduction, distribution or modification without express authorisation is prohibited.

11. Dispute resolution

If you have any complaint, please contact us first so that we can try to resolve it amicably. You may also use the European Online Dispute Resolution platform: https://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr.

In the event of a dispute, the courts and tribunals of the consumer's place of residence shall have jurisdiction, in accordance with the applicable legislation.

12. Applicable law

These terms are governed by Spanish and European consumer protection legislation.
