This is a direct replacement for the YTX5L-BS: the same voltage, polarity and case size. It leaves the factory with the electrolyte inside and charged, so there is no acid pack and no waiting: check the voltage and fit it.
It delivers 5 Ah at the 10-hour rate, compared with 4 Ah for the battery part number it replaces, giving you more starting power and capacity while the motorcycle is parked.
Use a smart motorcycle charger to charge it: the recommended current is about 0.5 A (capacity divided by 10), and never more than 3 A.
