About this battery

A direct replacement for the YTX7A-BS, with the same voltage, polarity and case dimensions. It leaves the factory with the electrolyte inside and fully charged, so there is no acid pack to fit and no waiting around: check the voltage and install it.

It delivers 7 Ah at the 10-hour rate, compared with 6 Ah for the original battery code, giving you more reserve for starting and while the motorcycle is parked.

Use a smart motorcycle battery charger. The recommended charge current is about 0.7 A (capacity divided by 10), and must never exceed 3 A.

For dimensions, a terminal diagram and similar battery codes, see the YTX7A-BS battery part number page.
