What YT14B-BS means
- Y: Yuasa, the brand that created the naming system.
- YT (without X or Z): maintenance-free AGM with a different case family, narrower than the YTX range.
- 14: a size and power index, not the amp-hour capacity: the YT14B-BS has a capacity of 12 Ah at the 10-hour rate.
- B after the number: a case variant, different from the version without a letter.
