Instructions for Use

To lift the vehicle:

1. Close the release valve by turning it clockwise until tight.
2. Place the jack under the vehicle at a safe lifting point.
3. Pump the handle to raise the jack until it makes contact with the vehicle.
4. Continue pumping until the desired height is reached, ensuring stability.
5. Use additional safety stands before working under the vehicle.

To lower the vehicle:

1. Remove the safety stands.
2. Slowly turn the release valve anticlockwise for a controlled descent.
3. Check that the piston is fully retracted before storing the jack.

Maintenance and Care

• Oil change: Recommended at least once a year to maintain performance.
• Lubrication: Grease moving parts every three months to prevent wear.
• Corrosion prevention: Clean the piston and handle periodically with a cloth and light oil.
• Recommended oil type: N15 for temperatures between -5ºC and +55ºC; 7# for temperatures between -20ºC and -5ºC.

Safety Measures

• Never exceed the 5-tonne load capacity.
• Make sure the base is on a firm, level surface.
• Do not work under the vehicle without additional safety stands.
