How to Use

Before using the AUTOOL C100, it is important to identify your vehicle’s fuel system type (carburettor or electronic fuel injection). For vehicles with EFI systems, follow these steps:

1. Locate and disconnect the fuel return hose, then block it with the appropriate adapter.
2. Disconnect the fuel inlet hose and connect it to the cleaner with the corresponding adapter.
3. Connect the outlet and return hose to the cleaner tank and open the tank cap. If there is no return hose, disable the fuel pump.
4. Fill the cleaner tank with cleaning fluid (fluid not included).
5. Connect the air supply to the cleaner port and adjust the pressure between 40-50 PSI.
6. Check that there are no leaks in the connections.
7. Start the engine to begin cleaning the fuel system.

For throttle-style systems, the connection is similar but the air pressure should be adjusted between 1-5 PSI.

Hose Identification

• The inlet hose is usually larger than the return hose.
• The filter is connected to the inlet hose and a damper to the return hose.
• An arrow on the hose indicates the direction of fuel flow.
