How it works

Ultrasonic cleaning generates tiny bubbles in the liquid which, as they collapse, help dislodge residue stuck to submerged surfaces. This action reaches corners and areas that are difficult to access with a brush, making it especially useful for components with complex shapes. The cleaning product works alongside the action of the bath during the process.

How to use

• Check your machine's instructions and confirm that the parts are suitable for ultrasonic cleaning before preparing the bath.
• Mix 40 g per litre of distilled water; do not use any other type of water. The recommended concentration is 3 %-5 %.
• Follow the dosage: too little may result in poor cleaning, while too much may make the water too dense and prevent the vibration from working properly. Do not add more product as an automatic solution if the result is not as expected.
• Use the mixture in an ultrasonic cleaner with vibration and heating functions. The specified temperature for this cleaning process is 40-50 °C; adjust the equipment according to its instructions.
