Mlink X0 BGA reballing station is a professional soldering station designed for precise work on BGA components and PCB board repair. This station stands out for its high precision and advanced control, delivering optimal results in soldering and desoldering processes.

The Mlink X0 incorporates a linear sliding system for the X, Y and Z axes, allowing precise adjustments and fast positioning with high accuracy and efficient manoeuvrability. Its high-definition touchscreen and PLC control make it easy to configure and save multiple profiles, while also offering password protection and instant temperature curve analysis.

It features three independent heating zones: two hot air heaters and one infrared preheating heater, with temperature control within ±3 °C. The upper heater is freely adjustable, the second can move vertically, and the third allows power consumption adjustment. In addition, it offers a range of hot air nozzles that rotate 360° with a magnet for easy installation and replacement, and a lower infrared heater that ensures even heating of the PCB board.

To protect the board during the process, it uses an all-direction adjustable V-shaped support with an external universal accessory that prevents deformation caused by heat or cold. The station also includes a powerful cross-flow fan for rapid cooling and an integrated vacuum pump with an external suction pen for fast chip handling.

For safety, it includes CE certification, emergency stop, automatic shut-off in the event of accidents, and dual overheat protection. Its CCD vision system allows precise visual control during the BGA soldering and desoldering process.

Customer Questions & Answers

What are the main features that set the Mlink X0 apart from other BGA rework stations?

The Mlink X0 stands out for its precise adjustment system on the X, Y and Z axes, high-definition touchscreen with PLC control and customisable profiles, three independent heating zones (two hot-air and one IR), temperature control with a high-precision K-type thermocouple, and quick-change rotating nozzles. This provides greater thermal control, repeatability and adaptability than basic models, making it especially suitable for demanding processes or complex PCBs.

What are the materials, dimensions and weight of the Mlink X0? What is included in the box?

The chassis is made of steel and aluminium, with certified electronic components and a tempered glass control panel. Its approximate dimensions are 850 mm × 630 mm × 640 mm and the total weight is around 75 kg. The box includes the main station, a set of hot-air nozzles (usually 4–5 pieces), power cables, thermocouple sensor, fixing kit, manual and basic spare parts.

What power and connectivity requirements does the Mlink X0 need? Is it compatible with electrical networks in different regions?

It typically operates at 220 V AC, 50/60 Hz, with an estimated maximum consumption of 4500 W. The plug and wiring comply with European standards; for other regions, an adapter or voltage conversion may be required. You should check that the mains supply can handle the stated load to avoid interruptions or damage.

What is the temperature control range and accuracy of the heating zones on the Mlink X0?

The hot-air zones can be controlled independently and simultaneously, with a range from 100 °C to 450 °C and accuracy of ±3 °C thanks to K-type thermocouple detection and closed-loop control. The infrared pre-heater is also adjustable in power and temperature. The station supports the creation of complex multi-stage thermal profiles.

Is maintenance recommended for the Mlink X0 and how durable is the equipment in intensive use?

Periodic cleaning of the air ducts and checking of the nozzles and thermal sensors is recommended. The service life of the heating elements usually exceeds 2000 cycles of use, although factors such as dust or excessive use may shorten this. Key spare parts are available and basic maintenance can be carried out by a technical user.

Is the Mlink X0 station in stock?

The Mlink X0 station is currently out of stock.

What type of temperature control does the Mlink X0 station have?

It has closed-loop temperature control with a K-type sensor and an accuracy of ±3°C.

What PCB sizes is the Mlink X0 station compatible with?

It is compatible with PCB boards up to 410×330 mm and as small as 20×20 mm.

Does the Mlink X0 station include a vision system?

Yes, it incorporates a CCD vision system for precise visual control during BGA soldering and desoldering.

What power does the Mlink X0 station have?

It has a total power of 4400W, with heaters of 800W, 800W and 2300W respectively.
