Pack of 9 soldering iron tips for compatible Mlink, Aoyue, Atten and Hakko

The 900M-T tips included in this pack are usually made with a copper core coated in iron and an outer layer of nickel and chrome, which provides excellent thermal conductivity and high resistance to wear from oxidation and corrosion. This construction improves durability and heat transfer efficiency during soldering; however, the coating can wear with heavy use or improper cleaning.

These 900M-T tips are compatible with most Mlink, Aoyue, Atten, Hakko and compatible-brand soldering stations, provided they use 900M tip holders (EXCEPT the Hakko 938 model). It is advisable to check the tip’s internal diameter and the tip holder design for your specific soldering iron before purchase.

It is recommended to clean the tips after each use with a damp cellulose sponge or a tip-specific brass wool cleaner, avoiding files or sandpaper, which damage the protective coating. It is important to keep them tinned at all times to prevent oxidation. Overheating or using abrasive products significantly reduces service life.

The 900M-T use a standard insertion design and need to be fitted to the soldering iron’s heating element. T12 tips integrate the sensor and heater into the tip itself, offering better thermal response and stability, but they require compatible stations and are usually more expensive. Type 200 tips have fewer shapes available and less spare-part availability, so 900M-T are more universal and easier to replace.

This pack is compatible with soldering irons from Mlink, Aoyue (except model 938), Hakko and Atten that use 900M-T type tips.
