Dirt build-up in injectors calls for cleaning that reaches into every corner. TSX TOOL 1000 ml ultrasonic cleaning fluid is designed for cleaning automotive engine injectors in the workshop and is also suitable for other metal and plastic parts.

How it works

Ultrasonic cleaning creates tiny bubbles in the bath which, as they collapse, help dislodge attached dirt. This action reaches corners and areas that are difficult to access with a brush, making it a common method for cleaning mechanical components.

How to use

• Set up the machine according to its instructions and pour the fluid into the tank: for a 2-litre tank, the ideal amount is 1 litre of cleaner.
• Adjust the amount if you are using a smaller tank; you can use less fluid, but make sure it fully covers the part of the injector you are cleaning.
• Keep the tank at least half full of fluid to ensure the machine works correctly; you can also fill it to three quarters of its capacity.
• Avoid filling it with only one or two finger-widths of fluid: if the level is too low, the machine may work less effectively and become damaged.

Recommended equipment

Use it with an ultrasonic cleaning machine. We recommend our 2-litre ultrasonic tank for mechanical work and, to position injectors horizontally during cleaning, special supports. These machines and accessories are recommended separately.

Precautions

• Do not mix it with test fluid: the mixture will turn milky white.
• Keep out of reach of children.
• Do not swallow.
• Avoid contact with the eyes. If contact occurs, rinse immediately with plenty of water and seek medical attention.
• Avoid prolonged contact with the skin.
• Do not use it to clean kitchen utensils or clothing.
• Store in a cool, well-ventilated place, away from heat and direct sunlight.
