Aoyue BGA 9001 infrared soldering station is an advanced tool designed for the repair and precise soldering of electronic components such as BGAs, micro BGAs, QFPs, PLCCs, SOICs and small SMD components. This station uses a concentrated infrared heat wave that enables precise soldering by eliminating movement of surrounding components and marks on printed circuit boards (PCB) that often occur with conventional hot air guns.

• LCD monitor with Split Vision technology: Camera system that allows you to view the PCB and the underside of the BGA for precise alignment before soldering. Includes optimising controls that adjust the on-screen display to highlight the contact areas between the PCB and the BGA chip.
• X, Y and rotation precision adjustment: Makes exact placement and focusing of the BGA on the PCB easier for professional, detailed work.
• Full digital control with LED displays: Allows precise setting of infrared temperature and time, soldering iron temperature and pre-heating, ensuring consistent results.
