The Zhuomao ZM-R5860 Station is a professional unit designed for BGA soldering and reballing processes, offering precise control and multiple functions to optimise work on electronic boards.
This model features a precision adjustment system on the X, Y and Z axes via a linear slider, allowing fast positioning with high accuracy.
